Kimbrell's Furniture

I just moved to Jacksonville and needed new furniture. My sister recommended 3 stores so I went to Kimbrell's first. Chris met me at the door and walked me around the store. CHRIS MADE ME FEEL WELCOMED, he was very friendly, professional, and I could see he was a people person. After I finished looking around, I told him I was going to some other furniture stores to see if I could find better prices. I stopped by another Big Box Store and there was no one there to help me. It took a young lady 2 minutes to come tell me there wasn't a salesperson available to help but if I had questions ask her. She then went to the office in the back of the store and disappeared. I didn't feel welcomed so I left and went back to see Chris, where I bought my furniture. I felt welcomed at Kimbrell's so I'll be buying all my furniture from them no matter what the price.

When we walked in we weren’t bombarded with load of information we were created and we were advised about the sales. Once that was done the salesman let us roam on our own and was there if we had questions. One of the best experiences in a furniture store in a while. The salesman was very informative and knew about the pieces. 10/10 recommend.

Jordan was so informative, answered all my pricing questions and got me a great deal on a new console piece, photo attached. Looking to buy a new bedroom set in the near future from them. Great customer service, and great quality as always!

Jordan is the most pleasant sales associate. She's very attentive, not pushy and answers any questions without hesitation. If she needs to research something she's quick to give it her full attention and get back to you quickly. Michelle and Heather round out the team nicely. We will be back!

Staff was easy to talk to especially Jordan who assisted us. She gave us a lot of time to check all the sofas. Our sofa was delivered after 2 weeks since they didn’t have the color we wanted. Store is also pet friendly! Overall smooth transaction, 10/10 recommend.
