Sleep Number

I visited the Sleep Number Store in Jacksonville NC recently and had the BEST experience! My friend and I were immediately greeted and welcomed by the staff. Chris Cadieu was the salesman that assisted us. I went in the store with a set in my mind attitude and instead of just selling me what I asked for - he instead wanted to take a moment to allow me a new experience Sleep Number had added to their store since I had bought my first bed many years ago. I did end up buying exactly what I went in to buy (he did NOT try to up sell me for which I was highly impressed by) and he helped me purchase two new pillows I absolutely LOVE! Two days after I bought my bed - I received a 10% off coupon in the mail - I contacted Chris via text and expressed my frustration- to which he replied and let me know not to worry because there was a price match I could contact customer service and they would help me out. I did as Chris recommended and got back 10% of my purchase! My husband and I are over the moon with our new bed and I have a new Sleep Number salesman! Thanks Chris!

I recently visited Sleep Number in Jacksonville and had the pleasure of working with Tayla, and I can’t say enough good things about the experience. From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and completely focused on what I actually needed, not on making a sale. She walked me through everything clearly and patiently, never once making me feel pressured. It’s rare to find someone in sales who genuinely listens, and Tayla does exactly that! Thanks again!

My salesperson. Bradley McIntyre was very helpful with all my questions he did not try to be pushy to make me get more then I wanted. He was very friendly and answered all my questions, and if he was not sure about something I ask he did not try to fake it he asked for help to get me the correct answer. He is not a typical salesman he helps the customer's get what they need and want he does just try to over sell just to get a bigger commission. He is the type of salesman that will have his customer's coming back. The two sales representatives was very knowledgeable about the beds. I enjoyed my visit. I am now waiting on my new climate cool smart. bed to be delivered.
