We had a great experience with Portland Mattress Makers. Cassie at the Manchester store was very easy to work with and super helpful with questions we had. Two days prior to delivery we were contacted to ask if they could use a different fabric for the top of the mattress. They make all mattresses to order! Nothing sitting around getting dusty or disformed. Delivery was quick and professional. It took less than 15 minutes for them to haul the old mattress out and bring in the new one. Just a great experience from purchase to delivery.

After realizing we needed a custom mattress and box spring for our antique bed,we reached out. From going from trying to modify the bed frame locally to having a custom new mattress to specs was a lifesaver. Cassie handled everything from measurements to detail and we had our new mattress ordered and made within the month. We were too far for delivery but it made the experience more personal.
