Mattress Firm Manchester

This is the second time we purchased a mattress from Mattress Firm and our experience was (again) terrific! We needed a bed for a family member to convalesce, and it was a fairly urgent and unexpected need. Stan was so helpful, he listened to exactly what we needed, he helped us out with the most affordable option, we were in and out of the store quickly with what we needed, and he helped us load it into our car! Excellent customer service, pricing and we are so appreciative!

My partner and I had a great experience at this location! We spent over 2 hours in the store trying out different mattresses before finally settling on the one we wanted to purchase. Stan was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and patient without being pushy or making us feel pressured to buy anything. Easy to talk to as well and made the process fun and enjoyable.

Stan was amazing only showed up to look at mattresses and he actually listened to our wants and needs and we ended up buying a mattress. I now will refuse to go anywhere else to buy a mattress from. He was caring nice and had a lot of information. His customer service was amazing

I had a great experience at this location. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and personable. They took the time to answer all my questions without being pushy and made the whole process feel easy and comfortable. It’s clear they genuinely care about helping customers find the right fit. The facility itself was also very clean and well organized, which made trying out different mattresses a pleasant experience. Everything felt fresh and inviting. I just bought a Tempur-pedic mattress from this MattressFirm and I AM SO EXCITED. I had a great buying experience - and that is all due to my salesman (& my brand new personal close friend) ZACK! He is the exact kind of sales specialist I was hoping to talk to: knowledgeable, straight to the point, kind, and understanding. He was honest and down to earth with me the entire time - and so convincing that despite the fact that I just came in to browse, I ended up buying today! (I would also like to mention he’s very funny, I ended up being in there for a while so we started cracking jokes.) I walked out feeling very taken care of. I’ve never been so excited to go home and sleep! Great place, great mattress selection, great service. I am a very satisfied customer. Thank you MattressFirm Manchester! YAY ME!
