We had a very positive experience with Ashley last month while buying furniture for our new home. Marwan Shahin and Brian Shook were extremely helpful while selecting a mattress and furniture for our bedroom and kitchen. They were very professional and willing to help. We did have I little hiccup with the planned delivery, but Brian was able to quickly resolve the issue snd we are extremely happy with our furniture selections. Bought our new furniture from here and Tom was excellent to work with. Very kind, knowledgeable, and never once made us feel pressured during the process. The furniture itself is beautiful and we’re looking forward to getting it delivered. My only complaint is the financing advertising. The signs posted stated “60 months zero interest,” but that ended up not being the case, which felt pretty misleading. I’d recommend making the financing details much clearer upfront. Overall though, we still had a good experience and appreciated Tom’s help throughout everything.

Thom helped us out greatly discussing all the things you don’t think about or know. When I went back to order Thom was off but Emanuel helped with the purchase. Both great guys with great customer service! Let’s hope the couch is as great as the staff! The couch is wonderful, so much I went back and bought the rocking recliner with Emanuel’s help. Great experience and so excited.

Excellent customer service. Brian was our salesman. He was wearing many different hats the second time we visited the store, but that gave my husband and I the opportunity to look around and make a final decision on our living room set. Brian explained everything about the fabric, the ordering process, and financing options. We never felt rushed. This is our second purchase of furniture at the Nashua, NH store. Gabriella was training and was listening closely to Brian with his instructions. Store was clean, and had lot of choices. Highly recommend this store and salesman.
