I absolutely love coming to this store. The furniture here is top quality, and our sales person Deb made sure we were aware of each couches’ quality features like the washable covers, the nylon durable bases to the couch and the anti sagging couch cushions. We were very impressed by the quality of the furniture and Deb’s knowledge of all of the different features. She gave us a price matching discount and set us up with a stress free deposit and delivery day. This was such a good experience, and I’m excited to return for more furniture

I ordered a chair at the Westborough location for pickup in New Hampshire. I was called when it arrived and told it was ready, but at no point did anyone mention a pickup deadline. Nothing on my receipt or paperwork said anything about a 30‑day hold. Despite that, the store sold the chair I already paid for to another customer without notifying me, and they kept my money instead of issuing an automatic refund. I only found out when I drove to NH to pick it up and was told, “It’s not here.” I was then told I’d have to drive back to the original store to request a refund for the item they sold to someone else. Throughout the entire process, not one person acknowledged the mistake, apologized, or took responsibility. I was repeatedly told, “We called you, it’s not our problem.” The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service was shocking. If you shop here, be aware: – They do not clearly communicate hold policies. – They may sell your paid‑for item without telling you. – They may keep your money until you chase them down. – Customer service offers no ownership or apology. This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I want others to be aware before shopping here.

Deb helped my husband and I buy a beautiful couch and the process was so smooth and seamless. The manager even re arranged the modular sectional into a sofa chaise so I could visually see what we were buying. It was such a fun and easy experience and we will definitely return for more furniture for our new home in the future! Thank you so much

I had a fantastic salesperson Adam Silva from the Westboro store. He was very knowledgeable, answered all our questions and if he didn't know the answer he promptly got it for us. They buying process was smooth. Thank you for the positive experience. Will shop there in the future.
