Ashley Store

We went into Ashley on a hunt for a new dresser for the bedroom. We stopped in on a whim with no intention of buying that day, but had time just in case we fell in love. Upon entering, we were greeted by Tyler. Tyler is a no pressure kinda dude, and that matched exactly with our occasion. We just wanted to browse and he let us have our time. When we found a piece we loved, we connected with Tyler again. He answered all my questions and kept it really down to earth for us. I didnt feel like he was pressuring me. I flip-flopped between other things I had wanted to buy around the house and eventually decided ok if I am getting this dresser I want to at least explore my options for a new couch. We had been planning a new couch for about a year and a half, so now that we made it to the store, I figured why not look? Tyler helped match us with the most perfect fit. He started by showing us a couch he was interested in himself and then gathered information on what we were looking for. He finally showed us the sofa of my DREAMS. He walked us through the process with every detail I couldve asked about before I even asked (I had never financed a big purchase like this other than a car, so it was all new to me). He was extremely helpful and incredibly patient as I had come in with the entire family and my kids were jumping off the walls a bit. We got our dresser and couch in a week ago and it has been the best expierence. He worked tirelessly to make sure that the sofa would fit our space and adjust when we needed it to. We even made a second visit to go over more details when we realized we added too many pieces. Tyler made my expierence great. We had been to Ashley before when I was pregnant and in search of a rocking recliner for the baby, and that expierence was phenomenal also, which is why we came back. Tyler gave us his number and has kept in great contact with us through this process. I am so happy with our purchase and grateful we had Tyler to assist us in our search! My home feels like a home again for the first time since we moved in and I cant thank Ashley furniture and Tyler more!

Recently I visited Ashley Furniture in Kenosha, Wisconsin. Customer Service is premier to me. I “hit the jackpot” with the sales rep, Tyler P. He was patient with me, competent, and knowledgeable of their products. When I asked for specifics, he was “on it.” We looked in several sections of the store. Since many of their products are interchangeable, he eve n carried dining room chairs to different tables (where the options I wanted were available to mix and match). It was amazing–and quite honestly–the first time a sales rep has ever put that much effort into supporting my needs. I never felt like Tyler was “tired of my questions” nor “tired of helping me.” We were able to order what I wanted. When the furniture came, I was thrilled. I cannot recommend Tyler highly enough.
