I recently purchased outdoor furniture from Ashley, and the experience exceeded my expectations from start to finish. The sales associate, Antonio, was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. They took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, answered all of my questions thoroughly, and helped me find the perfect outdoor furniture set for my space without ever making me feel pressured. I would also like to recognize the manager Jonathan, fellow knicks fan, whose professionalism and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout my visit. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly and made me feel like a valued customer. Their leadership and dedication to providing exceptional service truly stood out. What could have been a routine furniture purchase became an outstanding shopping experience because of this team’s genuine care, expertise, and attention to detail. The quality of service I received was just as impressive as the furniture itself. I highly recommend Ashley to anyone looking for beautiful furniture and a customer-focused experience. Great store with quality products at great prices. Well organized with a nice layout. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Happy Mike was our rep, very attentive and took the time to answer all our questions patiently even though we had arrived just before store closing. Highly recommended.

We visited the Ashley store in Paramus, to shop for a dinning set, we were assisted by Ms. Esraa. She was awesome and our total shopping experience was amazing. We will definitely visit back for future purchases.

Went there to look at a bedroom set we saw online and wanted to see in person before ordering. Intent was to look then go home and order it since it was coming up a bit less online. Kleny came up to us while we were looking at some couches while we were there. Wife was looking for a specific fabric to touch and feel but unfortunately nothing on the floor was what she was looking for. Kleny went above and beyond trying to help her find what we were looking for. Unfortunately not being able to find we were going to leave but did mention we were going to order the bedroom set. She wanted us to work with her to order so we let her work up the numbers. Once she came back with the amount l we mentioned it was a better price online. At that time she got her manager involved (Johnathan). After some back and forth, price matching etc, they came up with a number less than online so we made the deal. They were also able to get it delivered quickly. I wanted to call out that they were both excellent to work with and were both very personable. We had a good time chatting while the numbers were being worked out and we feel like we got a great deal. I highly recommend and would even suggest asking for her specifically (Kleny) if you go to this store. Sincerely, happy customers.

Recently, we had a pen break and ink got on one of our cushions. Thankfully we had purchased the 5 year warranty! The process was simple and within a few days we received a determination that the spot was unrepairable and a credit for the section of the sofa would be issued immediately to the store. I went down to the store to see if I can get a replacement and unfortunately, my couch was discontinued. With that information, I was instructed to call the company back and let them know about the discontinuation. Within three days I received a full credit for the price of the couch. I'm not want to buy extended warranty normally but this time I was glad I did. I can't emphasize enough how easy it was to navigate through their system. They stayed true to what they promised. I would highly recommend Ashley furniture and definitely get the extended warranty!
