Gustavo and his crew were extremely respectful and friendly, they made sure the furniture arrived in place intact and were very careful with the process. We are very happy with the fast delivery and fast assembly of our furniture.

We had a wonderful experience at this furniture store and spent nearly two hours there because of the excellent service and welcoming atmosphere. The person assisting Alex was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer questions, offer guidance, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel easy and enjoyable. We never felt rushed and truly appreciated the attention and care we received. Exceptional customer service like this makes all the difference. Highly recommend and we look forward to returning.

We came into Ashley Furniture just to browse, and somehow ended up buying an entire couch set — all thanks to Carolynne! From the moment we walked in, she greeted us with such amazing energy and made us feel completely welcome. She was incredibly helpful, explained all of our options clearly, and made the whole experience fun and stress-free. Carolynne truly has the best vibe. We were probably the only customers in the store laughing the whole time because she made the experience so enjoyable. It never felt pushy, just genuine and helpful from start to finish. If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture and want the best possible experience, definitely ask for Carolynne. She was fantastic!

If I could give this store ZERO stars I would! I ordered three sofas on 11/7 and was promised they’d be here in time for the holidays! This Fairfield store has lied to me multiple times giving me four different delivery dates!!! I drove to the store in person THREE separate times only to be given the run around, etc. manager Tim Houston finally helped me while I stood there for close to an hour and told me they’d be delivered 12/23 and I have the print out as confirmation. Well guess what, yesterday was 12/23 and I got an email that my order was being delivered for only ONE LOVESEAT to arrive! The delivery guys were clueless as to where the other couch and loveseat were. So I drove to the Fairfield store for a separate manager to tell me that they aren’t even in stock!!!! And they aren’t showing as available until 12/30! I had no couches for Thanksgiving and now I have one loveseat for Christmas. Your company lies and you don’t call any customers back!!! This is unacceptable and for any customers out there stay away from this store at all costs!!! All they do is lie and avoid you!! So glad I spent $5k on furniture just to have NO CLUE WHEN IT IS ACTUALLY COMING! 8 weeks and nonstop lies is absolutely unacceptable and disgusting. You should be ashamed of yourselves to leave a customer hanging like this. I wouldn’t be so angry if I was told from the beginning it would take 8+ weeks to receive my order and I even offered to come in and pick out a new one and I was told no don’t worry about it. You guys literally are the absolute worst. Thank you for ghosting me and leaving me with no furniture for the holidays.
