Always a great experience when we go see our frineds at Saatva in Paramus! The people are as amazing as the brand... we now have a king for our bedroon, a queen for a guest room, and this weekend we purchased a beautiful crib mattress for when our granddaughter comes to visit... :-)

I told her she had just the right mix - not too pushy, not too light on the info I needed today to purchase a mattress topper. It made my experience and my purchase decision easy; vs other mattress stores I’ve been to before. Also, it’s incredible that I have 180 days to try the product! It’s a topper today, but the next time I need a new mattress itself , I’ll be going here. They have a very nice selection and materials are quality grade.
View on GoogleI recently purchased an Adjustable Base, Mattress, and Bedframe from Saatva at the Paramus, NJ location. From the start, I emphasized that I needed a rush delivery due to an ill parent. Shawn assisted us during the purchase and was very knowledgeable about the brand and mattresses, which I appreciated. After completing the purchase, we met Denise, who assured us she would follow up with updates—and she did. She called to inform us that a partial delivery could be made by December 25th, with the remaining items arriving after New Year’s. While I understood the delay, I expressed my concern because we were initially told the delivery would be completed before New Year’s. What led me to write this review is the tone Denise used when I voiced my opinion. I wasn’t disagreeing with the delay, but I felt her response was not professional. As a result, I decided to cancel my order. I want to note that I’m not a first-time customer. I returned to Saatva because of the excellent experience I had at the New York location on 3rd Avenue. Unfortunately, this recent experience did not meet the same standard. *** Update: 01/03/2026 *** I am updating my previous review to share that shortly after my initial experience, I was contacted by Lauren, who was incredibly professional and empathetic. She listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to make things right, reminding me of the great service I previously received from Saatva. Because of Lauren, I decided to move forward with my order again. My mattress was delivered on December 24th, and the delivery team was exceptional, they assembled it using our existing frame so my father could be comfortable while we waited for his new low profile bed frame. The new frame arrived on January 2nd, and once again, the delivery experience was seamless. While this entire situation could have been avoided if Denise had used a more professional and friendly tone when explaining the initial delays, the recovery by Lauren and the delivery crews was outstanding.
View on GoogleThe Saatva showroom I visited in Paramus is a lovely oasis of a shop. It’s well laid out with many mattress choices. I appreciate that they provide disposable covers for you to lie on while testing the mattresses. Salespeople are very knowledgeable and not at all hard sell. They encourage you to take your time and can answer any and all questions about their products. I didn’t realize this before visiting, but they have other products for sale besides mattresses. Headboards and frames, coverlets, carpeting, and other such items all with a focus on the bedroom. I would recommend Saatva to anyone looking for a mattress and beyond.
