I was very fortunate to get an amazing Salesman, Keith who was professional, courteous, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable & went above & beyond to get my sale done & delivered in timely fashion. Ask for Renee, she is great. Great selection, service. The delivery guys are top rate... that being said the delivery scheduler should be fired! Gave almost 30 days notice of when I wanted delivery...they put me as the very last stop for the day and I didn't receive it until 9pm that night. Also there tracking app for delivery doesn't work. Wasted day! I had to go back and buy a couple more items, just requested store pickup...

We purchased a chase lounger, recliner, and console combo. We love the furniture however, when we purchased it, we were very clear with our salesman Keith on the length limitations we had and what pieces we wanted. We were unaware that we were charged for two console pieces which won’t even connect to the pieces that we got, only one console will connect. We didn’t know we were charged for two until they were delivered. We kept the unopened piece and planned to return it to the store. When my wife called the store they told us we would be charged a 25% restocking fee. This is unacceptable and clearly the salesman’s error. We most definitely will not be shopping at Ashley Furniture again. I will be informing all of my friends and coworkers of our unfavorable experience.

Very disappointing experience. The shipping dates provided at purchase were misleading and kept changing without clear notice. Customers should not be forced to jump through hoops or repeat themselves to a call center when trying to reach their local store. If direct communication with the store is not available, this should be clearly disclosed. Otherwise, this is misleading and creates unnecessary delays and poor customer service. Communication was poor, and I received conflicting information about items being “available for pickup” and when they were actually ready noone contacted me to come pick up. I had to repeatedly follow up for updates, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and wasted time. After a long wait, my Ashley Furniture delivery finally arrived birth pieces arrived damaged and appeared to be used. This was extremely frustrating and shows poor handling and quality control. I expected much better from a company of this size. Very disappointing experience. For a major furniture purchase, transparency and accurate communication are essential, and this company fell short. I would not recommend this company to anyone expecting honesty, reliability, or basic customer service.

Working with Keith at Ashley Furniture was such a great experience from start to finish. He was incredibly personable, easy to talk to, and made the whole process feel comfortable and stress-free. What really stood out was how well he listened. He understood exactly what I was looking for and helped guide me in the right direction without ever being pushy. Make sure to ask for Keith the next time you need furniture.
