After waiting a whole month, payed the deposit and extra and the monthly payment. Furniture arrives extremely damaged first time. We tell them we want to cancel our whole order because it will take a month + to order a new set. They said ok and then they message me 4 days later saying they are available to deliver within the week. We accept the time and day. They come. And it’s the same damn damaged furniture. Where are your morals as this big company, how would you accept to redeliver something KNOWING ITS DAMAGED. Even the delivery guys said it’s unacceptable and unbelievable that they aren’t doing anything. So I am calling again today to valves the order AGAIN and I’m taking my money to another business.

I recently called Ashley Furniture to check on the availability of a specific item and had the pleasure of speaking with Mike. He was extremely knowledgeable about the showroom inventory and took the time to answer all my questions. When I arrived at the store a few hours later, Mike greeted me and immediately guided me to the exact piece I was looking for. He was friendly, professional, and made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. After my purchase, he and another team member even helped load the recliner into my vehicle. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I highly recommend Ashley Furniture in Pensacola!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Ashley Furniture Outlet in Pensacola. I understand that furniture can be backordered and that delays happen. My frustration is not with the delay itself, it's with the lack of honesty and accountability throughout the process. Our sales associate, Kiersten, repeatedly assured us that our couch would arrive within a certain timeframe. When delivery issues arose, we were consistently told that the problem was with Ashley's AI delivery system and their third-party delivery partner. Through multiple emails and conversations, the blame was repeatedly placed on the delivery company, making it seem as though the furniture was available and the issue was simply logistical. However, after continuing to seek answers, it became clear that the real issue was that the furniture itself was on backorder. Had we been told this from the beginning, our expectations would have been managed appropriately. Instead, we were repeatedly given explanations that shifted responsibility elsewhere. To make matters worse, when my husband visited the store seeking clarification, Store Manager Arthur was dismissive and insincere. Rather than taking responsibility for the misinformation we had been given, he immediately shifted blame onto his employees. As a manager, accountability starts with leadership. Throwing employees under the bus instead of acknowledging communication failures only made an already frustrating situation worse. Arthur also said “think about us and all the trouble we have to go through. You’re not the only customer that we have to focus on” Delays happen. Backorders happen. What customers should not have to deal with is being misled, given inconsistent information, and watching management avoid responsibility when legit concerns are raised. We chose Ashley because we trusted the information provided by their staff. Unfortunately, that trust was not deserved.

We had an absolutely incredible experience with Aaron at the Ashley Home Outlet in Pensacola! Even though the furniture we purchased wasn’t from the outlet store, Aaron went above and beyond to help us every single step of the way. That level of customer service is rare these days, and it truly meant so much to us. He was patient, knowledgeable, and incredibly easy to work with throughout the entire process. No pressure, no frustration — just genuine care and a sincere desire to make sure we were taken care of. He answered all of our questions, guided us through our options, and made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and simple. If you’re shopping at Ashley Furniture in Pensacola, Aaron is your person. His professionalism and dedication set the standard for what customer service should be. Didn't find anything today except great service! Kirsten was a breath of fresh air stopped at several places today and was just not happy about how we were treated. Left Pensacola on a high note! !go see Kirsten !
