Excellent introduction to sleep number with no high pressure sales techniques. Very educational description of what and how sleep number can affect a better sleep. Great explanations of the options available with the purchase process. Our salesperson Rio was patient with us and answered questions with no problems. We knew the cost factor going into the sale but feel confident that it’s worth the extra cost.

Highly recommend Sleep Number in Reynoldsburg. I came in after a previous negative experience with another company. Everyone greeted me immediately without overwhelming me. Cameron helped me and he was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. He listened and explained exactly how the sleep number bed could be ideal for me. He is a natural and felt trustworthy from the start. I wish I had the names of the two other gentlemen working. They were also helpful and overall created a team atmosphere that ultimately ended in a sale. The beds are amazing and I’m looking forward to delivery! Will update after trying it out.

We have had a sleep number bed for over 20 years. The only bed we could agree on. He likes it softer and I like it a little more firm. The staff know their stuff. Andrew was amazing and patient while we picked out our new bed to replace our old one that lasted more than 20 years. This time we got the adjustable base. Love it 😍
