Sleep Number

As a returning Sleep Number customer, I knew the size and model of the bed I wanted to purchase. Myke, the sales associate who greeted me at the Rossford store, was personable, listened to me, and answered the few questions that I had. There was no pressure to upsell, which I greatly appreciated. He showed me options for the platform and explained the warranty. For anyone not sure what bed is right for them, or who are new to Sleep Number beds, the showroom has a variety of models to see and test, and the staff can answer your questions. Customers are given space to shop, but also have quick access to an associate if needed. I highly recommend Sleep Number beds, and I highly recommend this store. It’s easily accessible, and the manager and staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive.

Both the sales woman and manager were great to work with on our 1st visit to learn about the beds. Very knowledgeable when it came to explaining how the beds worked and the best way to help us decide which bed was right for us. All without being pushy like in other mattress stores we went to. We left to think about our options and came back the next day with out decision and again both sales woman and manager helped us through the ordering process with ease. We had a great experience and now absolutely love our new bed.

Great place to get a new bed. Customer service was excellent. Julie the sales manager was awesome to work with. Very friendly and very helpful with helping my husband and I decided which bed to go with. 100% recommend this location to get a new sleep number bed!

My wife and I just purchased our 1st Sleep Number bed this spring and we both love it. Can’t say enough good things about the experience and help that we got with our purchase. Bruce and the staff at the Perrysburg store were very helpful and knowledgeable in helping us make the decision on what bed would best fit to our needs. Thank you Bruce!

Catherine in Perrysburg was very helped in the selection of the correct bed as well as all components! She truly “knows her stuff” when it comes to Sleepnumber. And she very friendly and personable. Will def see her again when I’m ready!
