It was a pleasant experience, First time I shopped at Ashley. The delivery men were polite, courtesy, knowledgable, very fast. I bought a king mattress and it was very hard to take it upstairs. They got it upstairs with no damage to my house or mattress. Great Job.

Edit: your response to this review is absolutely insane. Offering for me to call AGAIN while curently waiting for a call that i was promised would come by end of day is absolutely crazy work. I told the supervisor that i would wait for a call back however i am positive they wont call AGAIN to which she swore up and down would not happen. Its currentlt 7pm and once again just like yesterday i have heard nothing. Im still sitting here with 30k in furniture that i purchased and paid for that needs to be picked up and returned to the store. Pieces are literally falling apart by them self as we speak without being touched. Edit: after changing to one star i again got blown off lied to and disconnected without resolve the very next day. Again! Negative stars if possible. Unfortunately a 5 start rating is going to 1 and only because I cant give 0. I spent half a years salary with Ashley and the bad quality of the furniture is only surpassed by the bad customer service. Broken furniture and absolutely terrible after care from customer service. Can't get it fixed cant return. Calling the numbers provided will result in disconnected calls. They ask for your number incase its disconnected which it will be however they dont call back. During the hold on the 3rd disconnected call an interruption in the hold came asking if I was satisfied to which I chose NO and was asked if I would like to speak about the situation which I chose YES and it put me on another hold and was disconnected. This is both calling the store and service. I was informed that actually when the tech came to my house they had never put notes in to fix the issue. Days and weeks go by that you think things are getting corrected and they just aren't. I 💯 understand things happen and am by no means unreasonable. 30k in furniture for the service provided is absolutely inexcusable.

If I could give them 0 stars I would! Worst experience with ordering online ever. Over charged for protection plans I specifically unselected, the plan cost more than the table to start. Then when I called to cancel/be refunded for the protection plan I never selected, they placed my couch order on hold. No notice was sent. I received confirmation texts and emails saying my couch was scheduled for delivery and when I checked the order online, it was canceled. So I call and I talk with their chat bot’s, no one can help. I get the order reinstated, beat they won’t tell you when they can deliver it without reinstating the order. Then you have to contact another department to schedule the delivery. Lo and behold, they can’t deliver for a few more weeks. I asked for help to resolve that issue, it will take several business days for someone to review the ticket and respond. Definitely not worth the time, money, and headaches. I will never shop here again, I strongly suggest you go elsewhere or at the very least, do not touch their online services.

Quality of their furniture is absolute garbage. Ordered a $1.8k table and it came with scuffs. Getting them to come replace took 2 months. It's now been less than 2 years and the base of the table is cracking on not one side but both sides of the table. Customer service said they only have a 1 year warranty on their furniture unless I purchased the additional 5 year warranty. Crazy that a solid wood table cannot last longer than 1.5 years. Honestly it probably started cracking awhile ago but I just noticed it when my foot slid across it. Checked the other side and same crack in the same spot. Terrible quality. Amazon furniture has lasted much longer. I thought Ashley was higher quality but apparently it's just garbage that they charge more for. Never again will I purchase from or recommend anyone go to ashley

We visited Ashley Furniture in Schaumburg,IL looking for a new sectional. The sales person, Sabrina showed us several different sectionals. we found one that we liked and I asked her to see if it was made in America. I told her I didn’t want any foreign made products. Without hesitation, she said “yes, that is manufactured in North Carolina and is very good quality. The furniture was delivered on 11/25 and set up in our family room. it was not inexpensive and cost around $4k dollars. When the men were through, I went to watch them clean up the boxes on my front lawn. there were 5 boxes for 5 pieces. Each box was marked ”made in Viet Nam”. They left very quickly and the furniture was already delivered and set up. I called Sabrina to voice my displeasure and she said “I’m sorry for the mix up but I can’t be expected to know where every item in our store is manufactured. She said she would pass my displeasure along. I feel I was totally ripped off and I will never recommend this company or do business with them again.
