Sleep Number

I work next door to the Schaumburg Sleep Number and work within the health and wellness industry. I must say as of lately my sleep patterns have been off. Those patters and non-rejuvenated sleepless nights are OVER! Thank you to the Staff , both Mary and Angelique are amazing!!! I came in to just take a look on my break and ask a few questions. First off, amazingly clean and beautiful location. I was welcomed by the staff Mary and Angelique. After some time my concern was my wife, whether one she would like the comfort, two, her liking the temperature as I sleep very hot. That was no problem as the bed has sleep numbers best technology and not only can we select her comfort and my settings for cooling, but we can select my wife’s temperature as well. Now I’m a crazy man at times but not a crazy husband. I had my wife come in to try the bed and purposely set the temperature and sleep number setting to my comfort and my wife immediately said no. Knowing this would happen Mary set the mattress to my wife’s settings which entirely made her love it. Were a week in on our Climate Cool 360 Flex Top King Mattress and I must say, Sleep Number Sleep is not only what you want and expect from them but amazingly POWERFUL! I feel so rejuvenated and cannot thank you both Mary and Angelique! I highly recommend everyone reading this to go give it a try. Your body will thank you in the morning.

Wonderful experience! Mary was so helpful and informative. I didn't once feel like I was being pressured to make a purchase. My husband and I were given the time and freedom to make out own choices and find the bed we wanted. I highly recommend Mary and the Schaumburg location to anyone interested in a Sleep a number bed.

Decided to stop in to this location to see what the "Sleep Number" bed was all about. Upon my wife and I entering the store we were greeted by Jeff. Jeff took the time to understand our needs and the type of mattress we liked. He knew the product and was able to answer any questions we had. While we didn't purchase on the first visit, Jeff was always available throughout the week to answer any additional questions I had. I never felt pressured to purchase. My wife and I eventually decided to purchase the i8 with adjustable base. We felt like Jeff took the time to understand our needs and we left feeling like we got a great deal. We can't wait for our new bed to be delivered.

Angelique was amazing. Passionate about the product, respectful of our budget, and took our requests to heart even if my partner and I had conflicting complaints about our sleep. She didn’t just settle for us to find a compromise but found the perfect thing that we are both ecstatic about. She presented us so many options in a range of budgets and the whole experience was so personable by the end of our store visit she felt like a friend so I appreciate how welcoming and how little pressure she put on the whole experience.

The staff at the Sleep Number store in Schaumburg were very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and thorough. I really enjoyed working with Mary D. and I look forward to getting my new bed. :)
