When we bought a new home we purchased a sleep sofa. We were shown the base and upgrade models with different mattresses. I weigh about 235 and found the base model very comfortable and could not fell any of the crossbar. We thus went with this model. We did not use it till about 8 months after delivery when one of daughter's family visited. Upon using
It for the first time the mattress wasn't even close to what we experienced. On contactics, store we were told it had been too .ong sin e purchase to do anything!!!!!!!

Seven years ago, I purchased a king-size bed and two nightstands for $8,000. For that price, I expected much higher quality and durability.
Over time, the finish on the nightstands began peeling, which clearly shows poor material quality for furniture in this price range.
The biggest issue, however, is that the bed is unsafe. The headboard has extremely sharp edges, and every time I change the bedding, I cut my hands. This is unacceptable for a product that is used daily and especially concerning given the price.
Overall, the quality does not match the cost, and the design poses a safety risk.
I cannot recommend this furniture.

Kim at the Schaumburg store was fantastic ! I showed her the fabric samples I liked, and she suggested similar ones. If I didn't like her choice, she said it's your decision . I told her the furniture I needed, and she showed me the samples of exactly what I needed. A sofa sleeper sectional, (the sleeper is most comfortable , no bar in your back !)which no other company in the Chicagoland area had ! Furniture made in the USA. Most other stores would NOT list where they came from ( like India or Vietnam, a few from North Carolina). I was also able to order 6 separate dinning room chairs, which most stores do not sell separately. I also purchased a recliner, on sale, it was sooo comfortable. I also needed a new bed and mattress, with storage underneath, and a padded backboard. We went through the 3 bears method( my explanation). I tried the medium, to firm for me. Then next a softer one.She then found me the softest mattress, and ahhhh .She never stood over me as I tried the beds out. I could take my time to get comfortable. After 40 years living with old, worn out furniture, and hand me downs, I deserved, new , made to last, made in the USA, the best furniture to last a lifetime. I am soo happy. My dream furniture will be here soon. Time to donate the old stuff( yes, Kim gave me a list for that too)!

Kim is The Best sales associate. She went above and beyond to help me with a kitchen table and chairs in addition to a bedroom suite. We are ambulatory challenged and unable to get around store effectively. She took pictures of furniture and items to help with our selection. We love our furniture. So thankful for Kim’s kindness and going the extra mile!
