Jon was fabulous. The first day I was there he helped me narrow down my choices. The next day my husband and daughter came with me and Jon was even more helpful. We figured out exactly what we needed without any heavy-handed sales. When the base we discussed was not available, with no date of when it would, he upgraded us because he had promised the base. Jon is fun, honorable and the right amount of salesperson. We will definitely go back when we need another matress.
View on GoogleThai Tang was super helpful. He greeted us immediately as we walked in. I told him what mattress I had in mind walking in, and he introduced me to some other options. We ended up landing on the BeautyRest Black Hybrid Series 3. He was super transparent and happy to help.
View on GoogleThis is our second purchase from Mattress Firm in Tigard. Our previous experience was exceptional and the mattress of great quality, so when we needed another mattress, of course we returned to the same store. And again, we have been very pleased with the overall experience, selection of inventory and quality. The staff are obviously knowledgeable and explained the pros and cons of each level of bedding. They deliver and remove your old bed for a reasonable fee, which makes our life a whole lot easier! I definitely recommend them if you are looking for a new mattress or full bed setup.
View on GoogleWhat a great experience we had today. Jon was such a great help in getting us what we needed. Very informative and did his very best at getting us the best deal! We will definitely be back for future purchases. Thanks again jon! You are awesome!
View on GoogleVery satisfied. Jon is very pleasant and answered the many questions I had. The mattress is much firmer than my old one, hope we like it. The old mattress was about 20 years old and I'm sure it was less firm than it was when new.
