I had an excellent experience at Badcock Home Furniture &more thanks to Ervin. From the moment I walked in, he was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. He took the time to answer all of my questions, helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and never made me feel pressured. Ervin provides outstanding customer service and truly goes above and beyond to make sure customers are comfortable and satisfied. His positive attitude, knowledge, and willingness to help made the whole shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. Employees like Ervin are the reason customers keep coming back. horrible im not even the person thats buying and i had an bad experience. Today і had these two guys come to my house and deliver furniture for my aunt. mind you im 18 i dont have nothing to do with none of this . as im getting out the shower one of the workers ask me to call my grandma so i called and there was no answer so i let them know she isn't answering. so i go to my room to put my clothes on one of the workers follow behind me so as im in my room putting my clothes on all I hear is "aye bro" i open my door he ask me am i gonna help so i tell him im trying to get dressed so he ask me ignorantly so what you want us to do with the furniture i tell him I dont know its not me ordering it and he kept on talking slick so i close my door and waited for him to leave so things dont get out of hand. be careful for a bald head black man with glasses he has no respect

Okay so this company deliver guys don’t call or say we on our way. Than buddy walk around my house and used the bathroom. So than you have your music up loud on your phone at 8:30 am. Than you look at me expecting for a tip. Umm no!!! U used my bathroom. Also yall walk out my with out closing the house door. Left it wide open because a TIP!!! Terrible customer service.

HORRIBLE service I would give zero stars if I could. This is the most unorganized place I have ever dealt with. The manager, Dianne, was extremely rude and unhelpful. I called off work to wait for my furniture, only for it to be sent to the wrong address. even though they already have my correct address on file. Then I was told they couldn’t deliver anymore because they only sent one person and he couldn’t handle it alone. I received no calls, updates, or notifications. I was left waiting all day for nothing. When I called to express my frustration, Dianne was agitated with me like she just wasted a day of work waiting for nothing. I strongly recommend avoiding this place.
