Greeted by Peggy; Wonderful personality. We eere there to merely browse and actet het initial greeting, she let us do just that...browse! She didn't hang around like a vulture. She answered our questions to our satisfaction. Her kindness and patidnce with us made us feel welcome appreciated and that makes us want to cone back.

I purchased a washer and dryer from Badcock and have had the worst experience with the dryer before the factory warranty went out I had to have it fixed now the dryer is not working again and the EXTRA WARRANTY I bought is NOT what it cut out to be, the warranty company has cancelled 2 appointments to fix it I have been truly inconvenienced in my life having to readjust my time to get my dryer fixed and then for them to tell me they can’t come. I have reached out to the store manager Amanda and she shows no real concern for her customers inconvenience and the warranties they sell to you, and you loose money so my suggestion is not to let them SELL you their WARRANTIES they are USELESS. I have been without my dryer since Nov29,2023. The customer service from the MANAGER is HORRIBLE she gets on the phone with ATTITUDE before you even tell her what you want. I will NEVER make another purchase from this location and will advise FAMILY and FRIENDS not to shop here😔…….1/18/24 I am revising my experience, I was contacted by Manager Amanda who was very polite and willing to help me and I am Thankful that she MADE IT RIGHT I will be getting a exchange on my dryer, again Thank you for fixing the Problem, I am now a HAPPY CUSTOMER

The young lady that helped us was amazing!!! She made the experience even better!! She wasn't pushy in anyway she listened to what we wanted and where we wanted to stay budget wise. She was also very helpful and professional!! The online application for the credit was very easy and I loved the fact that when we got to the store the associate that helped us remember me from my phone call earlier, also not having to do anything more with the whole credit part was very nice. Doing the credit application online was very fast and easy. Thank you for making it stress free and please give that young lady a raise or bonus or something! She will definitely be one of my reasons for coming back to furnish the rest of my home in the very near future.

Micheal Brewer was great!! Redid my update for credit and I was increased by 1500.00, that was a great experience and I'm able to get what I want with great financing options and monthly payments for what I purchased that I can afford. I got 3 things with payments that won't stress me!! Great Job! Thanks Mike and Badcocks!! Go check them out!!

Love my furniture!! Great customer service and was able to get my delivery within a week! Will be back for sure!
