Have dealt with bedding barn before and when I did, I promised when I needed a mattress I would come back! And for good reason! Paul was animated and kind and funny, and was very patient as I tested almost every mattress in the building! I like to sleep hard my husband doesn't so we really needed to come up with a solution to satisfy both of us. So after a couple hours of my husband and I laying on the beds, we agreed that the Celeste was the best! You just don't get customer service like this anymore! It's almost scary when you're actually having conversations with real people anymore because everything is done online. I highly recommend the personalized service you get with Paul. I love love Love this mattress!!
