Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

The minute my girlfriend and I walked in the door we were greeted by Lynn. She understood what I was looking for and was on it immediately! She was patient and knowledgeable while I tried a couple of styles. Then onto something else on my wish list. Same kind, professional and patient saleswoman. I was amazed at how classy and pulled together the store was. There is a cafe area where Lynn let me think with a cup of coffee. Lynn went over all the options I had with a purchase. Absolutely no pressure. I ended up purchasing both the sofa and chair! They were in stock, in the colors I wanted and are being delivered in a total of 4 days from purchase AND removing the pieces I’m replacing! I have to mention Isaac, the manager, because he was so friendly, great sense of humor, always professional and making my purchase stress free. Thank you Bob’s. I definitely will tell people about you and I’ll be back!

I went there with my boyfriend thinking we wasn’t going to buy anything RON a salesman showed me around all I can say is he is AMAZING he wasn’t like a regular guy where he just wanted me to buy something he didn’t beat around the bush trying to sell me a product he talked like we knew each other for years at one point it wasn’t even about furniture we laughed and giggled got some jokes in as well we walked around a bit he wasn’t far nor did he leave us hanging he showed us a couch which we ending up buying because of Ron I was indecisive because of the price but him showing us how we can finance and actually explaining to us the pro/cons we ending up talking to most of the team they was wonderful they was all professional, respectful and supportive with whatever decision I was going to make they explained everything the way it was to post to be collion as well the sales manager they work together as a team not individual. I ended up financing a couch which I LOVE after the process was done I ask Ron about a kitchen table he pointed us in the right direction I ended up with a couch and a table AND saved $150 I will be coming back! ( This is the couch )

I was pleasantly surprised at how well organized the store and the service is. Right from the greeting at the door with sales rep Josh ready to help me, to the showing and telling me about the item on display to the check out experience - all smooth and efficient. The store itself looked well organized with a wide choice both in stock and available to order.

Lynn has helped us not once but twice finding new couches! Each time was a great experience, especially with bringing our newborn in to the store the second time. She helped us from start to finish, making sure we found exactly what we wanted, made it known to us what was in stock and showed us all the different options we had for each couch. Thanks Lynn! Will come back for more furniture in the future

Liz was a very friendly, knowledgeable & helpful sales person.she was not pushy but asked what I was looking fur & took me to the only groupings that met my request. She did not push but welcomed me too look around after that & then I found something I liked better. She was very organized & thorough in writing up my order.
