Bedding Barn

Went in today with a very complicated and detailed order. Four mattresses being bought here but needed to be sent to a home in Northern Florida, blended family and paying separately for the beds. All in all the entire transaction took about 2 hours between FaceTiming the family while testing beds and arranging all the delivery logistics. Rich was absolutely amazing! Patient, helpful, resourceful and knowledgeable. He is an asset to this Company and I appreciate everything he did for me with a complicated purchase!

Thank you very much Lonnie!! He went above and beyond to help us. I went to other stores and online but I couldn't find anything I liked. Glad I came here. The bed is perfect and amazing price! The guys who delivered were on time and moved fast.

I received the best customer service ever at Bedding Barn because of their wonderful associate, Joe Carroll. I initially visited the store in February 2023 and was immediately greeted by Joe - he was extremely helpful, warm and kind and I spent a decent amount of time testing the different mattresses he recommended. Joe wrote his name down and a couple of the mattress brands so I could do some more research and come back and order. However, that week when I went to order my bed frame, I saw that it wouldn't be delivered until end of April, which ended up postponing my mattress purchase. Fast forward to July when my bed frame is delivered (three months later than expected), I go back to Bedding Barn and see Joe. I ask him if he remembers me and he does! I had another great experience and I finally purchased my mattress. I loved getting to know more about mattresses and furniture from Joe who is an expert in this field. Joe even included complimentary bedding, pillows and a blanket. It was literally the most perfect shopping experience. I've had my mattress for about a month or so now and I absolutely love it. Thank you Bedding Barn and especially Joe for your fantastic and memorable customer service!

It was an exceptional experience for me to shop there with Joe for my mattress. This man understands the physiology involved in bedding, and was the perfect help in finding a mattress that works for me. He is not only knowledgeable but also a very kind human being. We need more such people in this world and he definitely made my last day in 2023 extraordinary. Thank you, Joe!

Excellent service. Very friendly, helpful, extremely knowledgeable about how mattresses fit a persons sleep patterns. I was provided information for what was best for me and not directed to the most expensive bed.. even if my budget could cover the cost, it wasn't what would be best for me.
