Raymour & Flanigan Furniture and Mattress Store

Ivette was the best sales person I’ve had. Went to a different Raymour and felt passed through and no one wanted to help me order a couch. Went to Raymour in North Haven and Ivette was so personable, showed us all our options and took her time to explain the process, all the customizations we could make. She was so patient and took great care of us! Will definitely be back to see her for my future needs!

Have an issue with my mattress, I called Raymour and Flanigan and spoke with the young lady, and she told me the process for me to get the warranty honored for my mattress. She was very helpful. She was kind courteous and walked me through the whole process. Listen to my complaining and I feel very good about my experience I would definitely recommend purchasing from Raymore Flannagan. They take care of the customer even after the sale!

I absolutely loved that the sales staff did not hover. We had ample time to sit in chairs, discuss our thought and feeling with others in our group, by ourselves. There was no sales pitch, no feeling of pressure to buy. They checked back to see if we had questions and then disappeared. The experience was extremely pleasant. I will go back if I have a need. I highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of Omar Berrios to assist me with the purchase of my sectional. He was very attentive and patient with me. He took the time to show me many options because I was so indecisive and went back and forth. Until I was ready to decide. I recommend this store for a pleasurable experience in furniture shopping.

We were looking for a floor lamp. Something we thought would be easy to do. Over a two day period three separate stores and several Online websites later, Ray more Flannigan save the day. We definitely should’ve started there. Omar made the process so easy, The store manager was also very helpful. We would definitely return.
