Chase at the Wood Village location was exceptional. He knew the products and lead me directly to the type of mattress, I described. He listened, he was confident and we had good laughs which made my experience awesome. The best customer service received. Thanks Chase, keep up the good work.
View on GoogleI originally went in looking for an inexpensive bed, and Jacob was completely honest with me and my partner right from the start. he let us know that the one we were considering wouldn’t be very comfortable. After trying it, we agreed he was right. That’s when Jacob introduced us to a Tempur-Pedic, and the moment we laid on it, we were sold. We instantly knew we needed to upgrade. I really appreciated how Jacob guided us toward what was truly best for us, even though we walked in thinking we already knew what we wanted. His honesty, knowledge and customer service exceeded our expectations and we left feeling genuinely excited for our new bed to arrive. Jacob deserves a raise immediately
View on GoogleWe ran in to do a quick check on products 30 minutes before closing. Whitney was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful. She stayed later than closing to finish up with us and make sure everything was great. Thanks Whitney!
View on GoogleMy wife and I just moved to Oregon and we needed new beds for us and our daughter. We worked with Amber amd she was amazing. She's very friendly and knowledgeable about the beds and what would suit us best. I highly recommend going and seeing Amber for your next purchase on a bed.
View on GoogleVery kind and no sales pressure! I went in with a sudden, unexpected need for a mattress and was shown what was in stock and ready to take home same day, and what was in my budget. We previously purchased mattresses here a few years ago and had the same pleasant experience.
