We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Tim at the Gresham Station location of Mattress Firm. From the moment we walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping us find the right mattress instead of just making a sale. He took the time to explain different options, answered every question patiently, and made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable.
What really stood out was his honesty and customer service. Tim went above and beyond to help us stay within budget while still getting exactly what we needed. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and takes pride in his work.
If you’re shopping for a mattress, I highly recommend asking for Tim. Exceptional service like this is hard to find these days!

Walked in yesterday with my fiance, with the intent to just look around and see what's available for a near future purchase. We weren't going to buy, and we stated we weren't going to buy. We had a bad experience with the previous store we went to, so our guard was up for potential sales pressure again. However, a very helpful gentleman, by the name of Nick, completely made the difference for us. Very helpful, relatable, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, honest guy. He didnt try to make a sale. We gave him parameters, and he helped us find exactly what we wanted, without trying to pusuade us. The fact he suggested the cheaper one, over the more expensive one(once we narrowed it down to 2), told us he was actually trying to help. In the end we ended up buying a mattress. Not because we were tricked. It was because he helped us find exactly what we were looking for, instead of trying to sale us what we were looking for. If youre looking for a mattress, come to this store and ask for Nick! He also has an amazing story on his journey to Oregon. I respect it!🤝

We were greeted by Alycia. She was excellent! Her product knowledge was spectacular. She answered all of our questions to our satisfaction. She made it easy for us to buy the product we wanted. Great customer service. Very positive and professional lady. We are very pleased and will recommend Mattress Firm to our family and friends.

Came in looking for a bed and Tim was there ready to help! We didn't feel pressured as soon as we walked in which was nice. He asked good questions to figure out what we were looking for, areas that might need improvement (like back pain, etc), and helped us find something in our budget. He was a wealth of information and was so patient with us! 10/10 would recommend!

We purchased a purple mattress here about 6 years ago, and just now the mattress started having the springs protruding through the mattress, which makes sleep very uncomfortable. We were happy we had the warranty through purple mattress and mattress firm so we went through them to replace the mattress only to be told that our warranty is void because we took off a label on the mattress that is underneath the mattress. We have not picked up the mattress from our bed, (only the corners to put on the covers, it's very heavy) ever since it was placed there by the delivery guys when we bought it, we have never seen those labels. So they told us, sucks, you can't get it replaced without the tags. Feeling screwed over by them. Now we have a crappy mattress and neither Mattress Firm nor Purple Mattress can help us. Don't buy through them.
