We have purchased 9 sofas (for our short term rental houses) and various pieces for our own home, daughters home and our parents. We especially love the Stanton sleeper sofas. In addition to the quality product, we love working with our 2 favorite sales people - Nancy and Jack. Both are patient, helpful and knowledgeable. We are always able to easily and confidently refer them to friends and family (and even some of our guests).

Worked with Jack, a seasoned professional to purchase our Stanton sofa and sectionals. He was a pleasure to work with for our purchase. He made the buying process smooth and We will be purchasing again in the future. We found Jack to have the best pricing in a 50 mile radius. Thanks again Jack

My experience here was great. Four stars, because of the great service but, I feel, the prices are a little too high. However, you also can't replace both their selection and their experience. No matter what questions I had I was treated well with a ready smile and friendly attitude. Even the kid who loaded my couch on the truck was a joy. Highly recommended.

About over a year ago my mom bought her bedroom set from them. They brought the wrong parts for her dresser TWICE. The third time we were told to pick it up ourselves and it wasn’t their problem anymore. Keep in mind, we made no changes throughout the whole process and were charged for over $150 for just delivery. After about two months her nightstand color started chipping off and now her dresser is. I wouldn’t risk spending that much money for such a poor service and product quality!

While I have a lot of positive things to say about the sales staff, I’m really disappointed in this store’s customer service/return policy. We found out today that my husband is going to lose his job (unexpected) and I went in to the store to explain the situation and ask to cancel our order. Our purchase wasn’t a special order and hadn’t been delivered. Unfortunately, they said once an order is placed, it’s final, no matter what. We had spent almost $10k furnishing our house with this store a few years ago and would have absolutely been back in the future but now I will be sure to avoid them. I did some research and found that most other stores in our area allow for cancellations, exchanges, and/or returns within a certain amount of time. I accept full responsibility for not paying closer attention the the second page of the order showing all sales are final but I also feel it’s reasonable to expect to be able to cancel an order that isn’t a special order that hasn’t been delivered. I highly encourage you to look elsewhere when making your purchase as they only care about the sale they’re making right then and there. They give no consideration to last purchases, referrals or money they could make from you in the near future by providing outstanding service and care.
