Bedzzz Express

Jeffery was very helpful! He listened to what we were looking for and showed us some amazing options! He worked hard to get us the best deal possible and saved us hundreds of dollars. It was an easy decision to give him our business :)

Awesome experience. Jeff is one of the nicest people you will meet. We told him what we were looking for and he took us straight to the options he had that met our needs, explained the differences, let us try them all out, and once we made our choice it was a pleasant buying experience. I ended up needing a new frame since the old one was warped and Jeff was just as helpful with that. I would highly recommend going to the Alabaster store and seeing the associates there. Side note, the delivery people were just as nice and efficient.

My wife and I got a new mattress last night and Jeffrey was so great to work with. He was very patient and understanding and did not try to rush us at all. We can’t wait to get our new mattress. Definitely recommend him to future customers at the Alabaster store.

Sean was outstanding. We walked in and the first questions was to identity what we’re looking for in a mattress and asked additional questions to make sure he was showing us the right mattress. He gave us a lot of very helpful information and walked us through testing each mattress and explained the breaking in process. He took us step by step through the purchasing process. We will probably need one more mattress for an additional bedroom and I will be looking for Sean.

Excellent service from Jeffrey. Very informative and listened to our needs as we made our way around the room trying out different mattresses. Was personable in the process and allowed us to feel comfortable as we worked through the process of purchasing. Can’t wait to try out our new mattress. We will be back for future mattresses.
