Bedzzz Express

Great experience! Diane got me squared away fairly quickly and changed my perspective on how important a good mattress is! Though the exact mattress I was looking for was at her location, she sent me right over to Leslie at the Hoover location. I purchased a temporary solution, but thanks to Diane & Leslie, I know exactly the mattress I want as a permanent solution once all the pieces are in place when I relocate. That Tempur-pedic mattress is AMAZING and I'm definitely looking into an adjustable base bc there was a serious difference!

Just left Diane at Bedzzz Express in Homewood, Alabama. If you’re not sure what you want, but you’re in the market for a mattress - just go see her. Husband and I have been looking for over 3 months and keep going back and forth on what to get. She kindly told us what we were trying to make work (Helix) simply wasn’t best for our sleeping preferences (side/transitional) and body types (hubs and I are not small people, okay!). She put us on a new Serta hybrid something or other and set us up with a great adjustable base with lumbar support and we are very excited for our delivery next week. I’ve done the shipping around so you don’t have to - just go see Diane at Bedzzz Express and tell her Emily sent ya!

Dan was absolutely fantastic! No pressure, all service. Very informative and offered me solutions to my questions. A+!!!

Patrick Leonard gets my vote as most helpful rep. He answered all our questions, let us take our time trying out the mattresses, gave us helpful suggestions without pressure. It was a pleasant shopping experience and thanks to him we now have a new mattress, platform and pillow on the way.

Dan at Beds Express is who you want when shopping for a new mattress. Knowledgeable, patient, and trustworthy — no pressure, just honest help. Highly recommend!
