My son and daughter drove me 45 minutes from Concord to Nashua, New Hampshire to explore this absolutely beautiful store, with great handicap access, and guidance from a very attentive sales associate, Michael Zeltser, who navigated the stairs as we rode the elevator, and always seemed to be able to find a workstation to answer our questions in various departments. I purchased a lift recliner that I can’t wait to see you again in a few days when it is delivered. And I wasn’t quite ready to commit to a sofa or sectional, though what I wanted was right inside the door of the store. Discounts were based on amounts of money spent on furniture. And the furniture protection guarantees become store credit if not used in five years. As the ads proclaim, “QUALITY, COMFORT, and PRICE,THAT’S NICE!”

We had a wonderful experience at Bernie & Phyl’s Furniture purchasing our new sectional. Steve was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and helpful throughout the entire process. He took the time to answer all of our questions without any pressure and helped us find the perfect sectional for our space and budget. The showroom had a great selection, and the overall customer service was excellent. We’re very happy with our purchase and would definitely recommend both Steve and Bernie & Phyl’s to anyone shopping for furniture.
