Big Sandy Superstore

This place is AMAZING!!!! Definitely alot of styles and selections to choose from. My sales person Syndi was extremely helpful, professional and super nice. I highly recommended Big Sandy. I'm extremely happy with the living room furniture. I've already picked out the bedroom furniture for the next room to do

As a sales consultant myself, I have high expectations for sales experiences… and Trishelle exceeded all of them. I came in Tuesday morning before work with only 45 min to make a decision. (Of course I already kinda knew what I wanted). At first, Trishelle was going to allow me to wander the store by myself. But I told her I had very limited time, and I needed help navigating the big store. She asked really good questions, that helped narrow down our choices… and then took me directly to 3 options - That were all within budget. I sat on all of them, and the choice was easy! She was amazing to work with! And I loved that Big Sandy was having a sale that worked well for my budget as well! Although the chaise lounge chair (which is wide enough to double as a guest bed) was not in stock in the color I wanted- I’m happy that it will be delivered soon.

When we had our kitchen remodeled last year, we were very happy with our service and the quality of products that we received for a great price. So naturally when we needed an extra fridge for our laundry room, we returned to Big Sandy's. Matthew did a great job of helping us find the perfect fridge to fit all of our needs and our space. We are definitely glad we chose Big Sandy's and had the pleasure of working with Matthew and Ben on our projects!

Update 3/31/2026: Will never be purchasing from Big Sandy again. While my experience shopping was as below, the experience with the delivery and customer service has been awful. Does not seem like Big Sandy actually cares because their communication is lacking and cannot get anyone to call me back to help this. While other local people on social media are getting a white glove approach, this is NOT something I have experienced and will NOT be recommending others to purchase from here. Extremely frustrated and disappointed! Big Sandy was my 4th stop of the night and I was tired and not expecting to find much, but boy was I surprised! I came in 30 minutes before closing on a Sunday and was immediately greeted by Kaitlin. I told her what I was looking for as well as the dimensions I needed. She took care and time to show me all of my options (more than once) traveling from couch to couch to find the right fit for me. I never once felt pressured to buy anything, but she took the time to make sure I felt comfortable with everything. Came back a few nights later while Kaitlin was not working to compare what I had seen and then finally came back once Kaitlin was working again to purchase my couch because I knew she had my back! She made the process effortless and was easy to contact throughout. Highly recommend Kaitlin and Big Sandy!

My family had a good time walking around picking the sectional at big sandy. Wanola was great helping us from the very beginning to the end. Got our beautiful sectional. The store is clean and the display of each set is beautiful. You can take your time testing the couch and picking your best choice. If you want the right place to purchase for your living room and satisfaction customer service, I recommend you to big sandy.
