Big Sandy Superstore

This is the best place in Columbus Ohio for furniture and appliances. Not only is everything high quality and gorgeous, but the staff are extremely friendly. They help you through the entire process they don’t make you feel like they’re trying to make a sale. If you need any furniture, dining set appliances go see Robert at big Sandy Polaris. He’s the best.!!

We had originally purchased a new dishwasher from Best Buy but after a terrible experience with their inventory and scheduling of the delivery I decided to cancel. We ended up here and Somchai helped us find one we could take with us the same day. Incredible that we were in and out in probably 15-20mins with a new dishwasher we liked loaded into my car.

Darrick at the Polaris Pkwy store in Columbus, Ohio was AWESOME! I called with questions about placing an online order and he was so thorough and helpful. I ended up placing the order under the wrong invoice number and he was able to quickly get the money transferred to the right invoice. My washer was delivered the next day! Absolutely incredible service, highly recommend!

We had a wonderful, easy and low-pressure experience at Big Sandy on Polaris Parkway! Our Sales Associate, Lamont, was fabulous and helpful in informing us about the different levels of quality along with the different discounts that we could have. Molly was quick and efficient in getting us checked out and securing our delivery date. Overall, a really great experience!

Nobody wants to have their appliance cease functioning all of a sudden. Such was my case but Big Sandy Superstore and Somchai, the salesperson at the Polaris store made it easy to make a selection and get a new washer and dryer delivered. Somchai was quite knowledgeable and he knew to give me some time alone to make my decision. And the delivery team was on time and careful in installing both appliances. 5Stars for Big Sandy’s!
