Big Sandy Superstore

Shopping for our two lift recliners was so easy. Our rep Jeffrey was very informative and let us have alone time to try out different types of recliners and talk over our feelings. The delivery driver Duwand and his helper went beyond my delivery expectations. They were personable, checked that everything worked correctly. They cleaned up their packing material and were very polite.

Highly recommend the Marion location! I walked in knowing exactly what I wanted, and the sales team especially Jonnie and Rivk was incredibly helpful, steering me toward the perfect living room set and possible future in wall oven without any high-pressure sales tactics. Delivery was an absolute breeze—fast, on-time, and the setup crew was neat and professional. My furniture arrived in flawless condition, and it looks beautiful in my home. A truly great local shopping experience!

Richard was awesome! He helped us zero in on the highest‑rated brands for exactly what we needed, and he broke down what makes Big Sandy stand out from the big‑box stores — especially their service warranties. He was patient, super thoughtful, genuinely understanding, and had a great sense of humor. An absolute pleasure to work with. We’re so excited to start using all our new appliances. Thanks, Richard!

My husband and I stopped at Big Sandy Super Store to look at washers and dryers. We were considering the Speed Queen set and Dustin was so knowledgeable about them that we knew almost immediately that we were making the right choice. He answered all of our questions and was polite and driven but not pushy at all. Big Sandy you've got a great Salesman there!! Looking forward to trying out our new Speed Queens!

Went to big sandy to get adjustable bed. Told Danielle what I needed and what I wanted to spend. She was amazing and got what i wanted! The delivery was good but we were missing a part so I had to call and talk with the gm Kim. Kim was also very wonderful and was able to get the part I needed! She worked very hard for me and I would recommend this store to anyone!! Thanks again Kim for all your hard work!
