This review is of the sales staff and manager, excellent service and treatment. The sale man Adi provided support without being too much and Travis the manager was equally helpful and a great guy to talk to. Was nice to sit and chat and oddly enough have fun while making a purchase. The furniture quality seems legit too. However have not received yet. But do not anticipate any issues.

Bob Millers had quality furniture at various price points to fit most budgets, and most importantly no Sales People stalked us around the store. Our sales associate was Paul and he was very knowledgeable, let us shop, listened to what our interests were and made helpful suggestions when we needed it. In the end we purchased a bedroom set, mattress and an entertainment console. We didn’t FEEL like just another sale, it was an enjoyable shopping experience. Thanks Paul and Bob Millers.

View on GoogleIt was so much fun getting fitted for the kind of mattress that we needed to sleep on. My daughter and I both had them show us what mattresses would be best for us and sure enough my daughter likes hard mattresses and that’s what it picked for her and I like mine less Firm so I was in the blue or the middle mattresses. The heirloom mattress was the one we chose. It was so awesome. Both our salesman and the manager gave us so much attention and explained so many things to us. We were really. Please, with the service we received, and I can’t wait for my mattress to be delivered.
