We had a great experience with Sunshine Furniture. Earnest in sales was patient, honest, and easy to work with. He helped us find what we wanted and stayed within our budget. Delivery was just as solid. Billy and Derick showed up on time, worked fast, and were very professional. We are in a rural location and they handled it without any issues. They were careful with our floors, walls, and the new couches, which I really appreciated. Very happy with the pieces and the cost. I would absolutely recommend!

Had a great experience with our salesman Alex at Sunshine Furniture. Their pricing was INCREDIBLE and we caught a special during Black Friday. We got everything home, and noticed a part and hardware was missing. I contacted Alex and she got everything handled and we got the parts that were missing shortly after. Highly recommend going to see her, she will do everything she is supposed to, and goes above and beyond!

I've bought all of my furniture here and have had great results until my most recent leather reclining rocker swivel base broke in multiple places, damaging my carpet as well. I claimed warranty which took multiple outreaches and finally a store visit to get attention and it's been over a month and still no answer on the status of our claim. They say it's being reviewed. I'm never buying here again because the service after the sale is horrible. They don't honor warranty like they should. I should make them fix my carpet after all of this trouble.
