Excellent customer service! Very knowledgeable Guest Experience Specialist. Didn't rush me or push towards any particular price range or manufacturer. Gave me space to think, take pictures, text family...yet wasn't too far away when I had questions (& I had quite a few). Even offered & then got me some water. Transparent with all pricing. I would HIGHLY recommend going to Bob's Discount Furniture!!

Went in the other day to replace it sectional that we got four years ago from Bob's under warranty replacement. We found the newer version of what we had with the help of an associate. She answered all our questions and showed the newer features. We made our purchase, set a delivery date and was out the door in about 45 minutes. Very happy with everything and will be going back to purchase some stools/tables one we have the new couch in place.

Everyone in this store was super helpful and nice. They let us wander but were always close by if we had questions. We picked out a couch and rug and used the white glove delivery service. The drivers on delivery day were also amazing. Just a fantastic experience. So far the couch is doing well, no issues in quality. If I ever need more furniture, I'll be sure to go back to Bob's.

Let me just tell you, it's been a minute since we bought furniture so we really weren't expecting the fantastic experience we had with our guy Michael V.! From the moment we got into the store until the moment we left, Michael was absolute perfection! Not too much and not too less! He knew exactly what we were looking for and did not allow us to waste any of our time on things we didn't want or need! He was extremely knowledgeable and has the perfect demeanor for sales! He deserves accolades for his attention to detail and really knowing what customers need and what they are looking for! Thanks again and we will see you after the new year for more furniture!

Jenny was such a great helper when me and my partner were trying to find a new couch for our new apartment. She has such a welcoming vibe and very helpful on the couches in the store. She maybe the buying process very smoothly. Even when we had to make adjustments to the order it went very smoothly! Would recommend buying furniture from this bobs. Jenny and all the staff are very friendly and helpful.
