Nice furniture, fair prices. They have a damaged or sale room with new sofas and sectionals for $300- $900 real leather and other quality material. They have a concession area in mid store with refreshments such as a coffee station, candy, cookies and ice cream. That is unusual but a pleasant surprise. Great atmosphere, friendly and helpful staff. Highly recommend for furnishings .. Pictures are from the damage room but as you will see great bargain no visible damage.

Purchased a day bed from bobs, Devine took great care of me over the phone and I was able to get king mattress and two twin base and a mattress cover at an incredible price! I was in and out in 10 minutes! Allen, the manager, helped ensure that I was well taken care of while Devante was in break! Just an easy process and great customer service at Bobs in Reynoldsburg! Shop the outlet in back of you are looking for a phenomenal deal! The timing was important because a huge winter storm was just hours from hitting , dry i was able to get this done and get back before the snow started falling! Thanks to Devante and Allen and the rest of the crew that made this a great shopping experience! Very friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the furniture and bed products! They answered all my questions and helped me find the right mattress at a great price! Highly recommend Bob's in Reynoldsburg!

Sales person was fabulous. Close enough to help but not so close I felt anxious(a lot of furniture stores they are so close I feel like I need to invite them to dinner because obviously they are the jealous sort and afraid I’m gonna date another sales person). Don’t love the delivery cost but that’s a known thing so don’t blame the store. It would be awesome if that was flexible though. Hasn’t been delivered yet but my expected high based on my initial interactions

I only went to this store to look around because I never been before. I was greeted by Chris as I walked through the door and he was extremely cheerful 😀 which made me decide to look around. He showed me all the specials they had and we ended up purchasing a beautiful coffee table and a kitchen china cabinet with the help of the manager on duty!! Best unexpected purchase EVER with unbeatable prices!!!

I had the most professional and what I consider, "Top Notch" customer service interaction with the employees at Bob's furniture. Anup and Kai. I stopped in, my account was set up, made my transaction, and was out the door in less than 30 minutes. This is my second purchase and I will remain a customer for a long time. It is hard to receive good customer service anymore but "Bob" has it figured out. GREAT experience.
