Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I brought two twin beds that the headboards light up and dressers from Bob and my sales person was very attentive to my needs any not to her commission she would make. the men that came and put the beds together was polite and answered the questions I had. I recently returned and brought another twin bed this time it was a daybed. same sales person same politenes. Bob furniture is my go to store from here on. Prices are reasonable and all the sales people are polite.

It was a good experience. Our sales person Teresa was awesome. She was very knowledgeable and gave us our space to look around. They offer snacks and drinks while you shop. We purchased a living room set, bedroom set and a mattress. I 100% recommend.

Writing the review before we’ve actually received our sectional so I’ll update the review once that’s come in. However, our in store experience was wonderful! We came in 2 days after Christmas with two fairly hyped up toddlers..Darryl greeted us at the door and was very accommodating and helpful the entire time. He was always near but not following/pushing us into anything at all. He answered all of our questions and showed us options based on what we told him we were looking for. The experience was quick and seamless! We actually left to go check out a competitor in the same strip but quickly returned to bobs to finalize our purchase. Thanks Darryl for the excellent customer service and great experience!

Had a great experience at Bob’s. We saw a couch online and went in to check it out in person. Our salesman Aly was incredibly helpful—he gave us plenty of space to browse on our own but was right there whenever we had a question. He even gave us some recommendations on fabric and color that helped us decide between two different styles. To top it off, he was super easy to reach after we left to help us fix a typo with our shipping address. A truly stress-free and enjoyable experience!

We had a fantastic experience at Bob’s Furniture, thanks entirely to our sales rep, Americus P. I came in thinking I knew exactly what I wanted, but unfortunately the item I had my heart set on wouldn’t arrive in time and just didn’t work with our timeline. Americus was beyond amazing and incredibly patient throughout the entire process. We worked through so many different scenarios, and she truly listened to what my needs were instead of trying to push a quick sale. Because of her guidance, we found an awesome couch that fit perfectly within our timeline—and we even picked out a beautiful new trundle bed for one of the kids. The whole experience was smooth, thoughtful, and honestly enjoyable. We cannot express how pleased we were with both the process and with Americus herself.
