Mattress Firm North Olmsted West

I came into the store with the intention of a brief visit to decide on an online order from the company’s website. I was welcomed and fully educated by Dwayne. His demeanor was pitch perfect, his approach was genuine and salesmanship superb! I Was totally surprised when I learned he was still in training!! Well done. Outstandingly pleased. The Deal was finalized in store and looking forward to my delivery next week!!

We had a great experience working with Craig at Mattress Firm. While we haven’t received our mattress yet, we wanted to recognize the outstanding customer service he provided throughout the buying process. Craig was personable, funny, knowledgeable, and genuinely enjoyable to work with. The store was busy when we arrived, and there were several customers ahead of us, but he never made us feel rushed. He even stayed well past closing time to make sure we were taken care of and had all of our questions answered. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and personable, and Craig made what could have been a stressful purchase an enjoyable experience. Based on the service alone, we would absolutely recommend working with him. Thank you, Craig, for going above and beyond!

I cannot say enough good things about Craig at Mattress Firm. I walked in with significant lower back pain after years on an old, soft spring mattress and—coming from a hard core law-enforcement/military family—was convinced that an extra-firm mattress was the only way to properly realign my back. Craig took the time to really understand my sleep position (side/stomach), explained the importance of proper support and alignment, and educated me on why “extra firm” isn’t always the healthiest option. His knowledge—especially around body mechanics and safety—was incredibly impressive, and he walked me through options at multiple price points with zero pressure. My bed and platform arrived today, and after a two-hour nap I woke up almost pain-free. The difference is remarkable, and I truly credit Craig’s expertise, care, and follow-up. I even accidentally left my wallet behind, and Craig and Marcus made sure it was safely secured until I returned—truly commendable. Mattress Firm is lucky to have someone so patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on comfort over making a sale. This experience absolutely made my holiday season brighter. Thanks for a great experience!

Dwayne was wonderful! I really appreciated that he did not try to upsell me and worked within my needs and budget. Although offering perks (free gifts etc) would have been nice as that brings customers back. I would recommend Dwayne as an honest and friendly salesman.

We were assisted by Craig at Mattress Firm. He was polite and knowledgeable. He spent time getting to know our needs and providing positive options to help resolve the comfort and sleep issues we presented.
