Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

We had such a fantastic time visiting this location! We stopped in to get some inspiration for our living room, and from the moment we walked through the doors, the experience was top-notch. We were immediately greeted by Raymond, one of the sales associates. He was incredibly professional, kind, and possessed an impressive level of knowledge about every single product in the store. Since the showroom is so large, Raymond was kind enough to give us a full tour, even showing us some elevated design options for bedroom closet spaces. When we focused on the couches, he took the time to explain the benefits of each model and encouraged us to test them out, making sure we understood all the perks of every item. It was honestly one of the best retail experiences we’ve ever had! A huge shout-out also goes to the store manager, Saloam, who came over while we were testing out furniture. He shared some fascinating history about the company—how Bob’s started as a mattress business and expanded into the full furniture destination it is today. To top it all off, the store features a "Bob’s Café," which was such a pleasant surprise! They offer complementary snacks, caffeinated and decaf coffee, and even real Hershey’s ice cream. It was such a nice touch while spending a long afternoon trying out couches and mattresses. We also really appreciated how clean and well-maintained the restrooms were (a detail that doesn't go unnoticed!). We will definitely be back! Raymond took our email to keep us updated on the specific pieces we inquired about and to send over some future recommendations based on our style. We truly appreciate the excellent service and look forward to our next visit.

My grandmother had an extremely bad experience at this Bob's. After buying her furniture pieces she noticed that one of the clothing drawers were broken under. She went to express the information and they said they'd deliver her a whole colored new set of bedside drawers and clothing drawers (there were no more of the same color) a month from then due to her having travel plans. NOTE - she had paid for her product already, Bob's delivered it broken. When she came back from her travels to situate a delivery date since the product was on standby for her, it turned out that they sold her set. Mind you my grandma is ahead of her payments by 2 months and pays the insurance. A manager there (possibly named Javier, he's short and lightskin) gave her an extremely horrid attitude saying "we have no reason to wait for you so we sold it, you'll have to wait 2 months". It has now been more than 3 MONTHS and she does not have her set. This is completely unacceptable as no refund or even attempt at customer satisfaction was made after this happened. She bought something and then it was midway sold to another customer even after her initial product set choice was delivered broken. She deserves some type of refund or at least payment plan pause if she does not have her set. Extremely disappointed in giving our business to this Bob's and don't recommend coming here, especially for my grandma's troubles.

I had a wonderful experience with salesman Vince.He addressed everything I needed to know. He was very patient with me while on the phone to make the decisions I needed to make. Overall it was a pleasant purchasing experience.
