Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Paul R. was a great help to us in shopping for furniture for my mom's new apartment. He was patient and helpful. We had a variety of things happened to slow down the works (our fault) and Paul, Josh (manager?), and Michael (over the phone) all did their best to help us sort it out. Great furniture selection and great prices.

Mykyta was the absolute best. He was so patient and gave us all the information and more. He was enthusiastic about every item he showed and had no problem showing us items multiple times when we asked. He was very thorough about pricing and made sure we understood every portion of the agreements and protection plans. Hands down the best retail experience I've ever had. He said he would want someone in his family to receive the same treatment he gave and I couldn't agree more. 10/10 loved it! We bought so much and I definitely feel like his way of speaking made that happen. Would recommend to everyone

Huge shoutout to Carmen for helping me pick out the perfect sectional for my apartment! She created a relaxed and no pressure environment while making sure to answer every question I had. Paul was lovely as well and helped make my purchasing experience go smoothly. I was originally quoted 6-7 weeks for delivery and was overjoyed when I was later notified that it was ready for delivery just two weeks after purchase. The delivery team was communicative, efficient and treated the delivery with care. I’m absolutely in love with my new couch and have gotten so many compliments on it. The staff and managers at this store are incredible. 10/10

Sales people were professional and courteous and patient. Briefly met the store manager and he was so nice and helpful. I felt like a valued client. Checking out was a breeze. They have a lifelong customer! Oh and the furniture is fabulous and nicely priced! You will love the experience!

Exceptional service and great prices! My salesperson, Carmen, was friendly, engaging, and knowledgeable. I never felt rushed or pressured, and she was right on target for options that fit my style. Thanks, Carmen! You are awesome! The store itself is bright, clean, and well laid out. The furniture is just what they say in their ads; it's not discount furniture. The entire staff was terrific. Excellent experience from beginning to end.
