Bob’s Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

I had a great experience shopping at bob’s Discount Furniture. The staff are friendly, the quality of the furniture is excellent, and the prices are very reasonable. I especially want to thank the manager, Mario Camacho. He always comes to check on us and makes sure we have everything we need. His customer service is outstanding. I will definitely continue shopping there and highly recommend this store to others.

Malak K was amazing during the whole process. No judgement and super sweet. She was engaging the whole time and checked everything for me and my family. Spending money at Bob’s felt so easy and smooth. She was outstanding in every aspect. My only problem was that a couple of guys in the pickup area kinda yelled at me when I parked my car by the pickup gate. I didn’t like that at all. But overall I will be coming back thanks to Malak

Bob, thank you for hiring those 3 staff members that I encountered. The sales representative was very negotiable, professional, helpful and kind. The sales rep manager was courteous, humorous but kept it professional. I cannot forget about the warehouse guy, he was also helpful kind and at times humorous. Stephanie greeted me warmly when I walked through the door. I already had the furniture I wanted in mind, so she was helpful and friendly as she went through the order process with me. It was my first time ordering furniture for myself as an adult. I was worried about how my wardrobe would be transported to my second floor bedroom, but the three delivery men were able to carry it up with no damage. Thank you so much!

This is my personal experience, never buy bob furniture and especially goof warranty because they don’t cover anything. I bought goof warranty for my all furniture but ended up not covered. My recliner and bed frame broke but they didn’t cover anything. Finally I paid and fixed my own.
