My salesperson, Darren, was excellent!! Courteous, knowledgeable and helpful!! I purchased the Portland sofa with matching storage ottoman and 2 chairs. I’m so excited about how they will look in my place-I can’t wait until delivery!!
View on GoogleFrom the moment we walked in the service was excellent. Darren spoke to us getting off the Escalator and walked us to the area we needed. He stayed close, which made it easier because we knew what we wanted fast. It was the best Experience I’ve ever had buying Furniture for my home. The Manager was friendly and helpful, to add with the experience was free Coffee, ice cream, cookies and candy while you wait. Great customer service! Donna

The staff was incredibly friendly, but I especially want to recognize Karim for his outstanding customer service. During my first visit, Karim spent nearly two hours helping us explore different options and find the perfect sofa for our home. Even though we didn’t make a purchase that day, he was patient, knowledgeable, and never made us feel pressured. More than a month later, I returned to the store and specifically asked for Karim. To my surprise, he greeted us with the exact same enthusiasm and dedication as before. This time, we found the right sofa and decided to make the purchase. What impressed me most was his commitment to customer service. I arrived after work, fairly close to closing time. Although the store was scheduled to close at 7:00 PM, Karim stayed until around 8:30 PM to help complete the entire process and ensure everything was taken care of properly. In a world where great customer service can be hard to find, Karim truly stands out.

He was patient, fun to work with, and helped me pick various items for a new apartment. Even when I had to adjust my order several times after I placed the initial order, he was always friendly and upbeat, ready to help. He even helped me move pieces around the store to envision a space, suggesting various options that could work. I couldn’t recommend him enough! Great experience :)
