We stopped in on a whim and were met by Jim who offered assistance who, when we said we were just looking said he would send over someone to see if they could assist as we browsed. We found the floor room to be well organized and with multiple pieces of furniture that we really liked. We sat, reclined, discussed our thoughts. Little while later Christie came to check in with us and answer any questions we had. We were in the store for quite a while, walking the floor, trying different pieces of furniture, and asking Christie questions. She was always nearby but never pushy, bothersome, or trying to sell us anything but rather was very helpful, informative, and patient. We shared we were not buying that day and she continued to provide us assistance. At the end of the day there were a few items we liked and she sent us an email with the information so we could make informed decisions in our own time. We really appreciate the customer service (especially Christie), the variety of styles of furniture, and the overall appeal of the floor room. We will definitely be purchasing from Bob's through Christie!
View on GoogleI had an awesome sales person, Rita. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and it was like she knew which bed I had been looking at on line. She is an excellent employee, I know because I have been a restaurant manager for over 40 years. Jaciel at the finance desk was also a great guy. He made sure I understood everything and easy to talk too. He took me through everything quickly. I will definitely recommend This store and tell anyone asking where to shop to go got see them at the store in Deawrt Ridge.
View on GoogleThe coffee table that I ordered online did not show up at the Tatum Road location. Your staff was gracious enough to give me the floor model that they had just built the same day I arrived. The service was excellent and Bob’s Furniture offers the variety and designs that best fit my lifestyle. I really like the Tempur-pedic carpets as well. I’ve bought my 3rd one and will be buying 2 more here soon. I can’t speak for all of your locations, but the Tatum Road location has always treated me well thank you to all of them
View on GoogleJason ROCKS! My boyfriend and I just moved here. After a month or so of looking around, Bob's is the first place where we actually felt welcomed. Jason is very knowledgeable, super friendly, and was ready to help us at every step. Often times, it feels like you're either overwhelmed by sales reps or can't seem to find one in the whole store. That was not the case here! Everyone was incredibly kind and very knowledgeable about everything in the store. We had both the privacy and confidence to look around and explore, as well as the help we needed throughout our time there. In addition to the high quality of staff, the furniture is of a wonderful quality as well. I highly, highly recommend the Desert Ridge location. Jason, you were amazing and we love our new couch! Brad, you ought to be proud!

What the most important feature of the couch we were looking for, which was comfort and support. He showed us a variety of couches. Explained extras that we could get like protection plans and haul a way fees. Dave was very kind and really listened to what we wanted. He was very knowledgeable about questions we had. We are very happy with our choice.
