Bob's Discount Furniture and Mattress Store

Very frustrated right now. Bad time to review but it's reality! They delivered a cracked dresser about a month ago. They scheduled an exchange with me, that came damaged. Scheduled a third exchange, that came damaged! I asked them to inspect before they delivered, I asked if they still had inventory, which I was told yes. They told me they'd inspect the 4th dresser before delivery. Then at 6 am the morning of delivery I receive a call from them stating it's not in stock, and no incoming inventory. Keep in mind I have the king bed and 2 nightstands. I call customer service at 7am. He tells me it's in stock but they only come to my area once a week and January is completely booked. Who should I believe? I asked to speak to a manager, I felt she didn't care, just trying to get me off the phone. She told me it was in stock and she'd put in a request if it could be added to next week. So, I'm just supposed to wait in limbo week to week because they only schedule 30 days out. Because of this they wouldn't give me a delivery date. I paid over a 1000.00 for this dresser and they can't give me a date?! Not to mention obviously this vendor has a quality control issue as apparently the 4th dresser was damaged as well. This is not the way I should be treated. Update...rescheduled for the 7th. 👍🙏 If they show up, I will give a better review! 🤞

No non sense sales. Welcoming environment with refreshments provided. My battery died in the parking lot after making a purchase and they were accomodating while we waited for road side assistance. Great prices and quality furniture. It's great to have an alternative to Ashley in the area. Bob's has earned my return business.

As for Bob's showroom, sales staff, etc, I am neutral due to online orders. However, the quality of the item I ordered is relatively low and cheaply built and barely adequate for my intended use. I don't recommend this item or others from the supplier. If you have woodworking skills, build it yourself and save a bunch of money. Secondly, the modular sofa-sleeper I ordered and Bob missed the mark if this is his design. Assembly and construction are solid, but the comfort factor is very low with a very dense and very firm foam cushioning. It's adequate for my home, and performs it function but I will probably reupholster. I will say the delivery crew were polite, on time, and had it assembled in just a few minutes. Great job 👍. My daughter was looking for a new couch for her apartment and didn’t want to spend too much money. We stopped in and were greeted immediately by Ed. He answered our questions without being pushy. He steered us to the perfect couch at a reasonable price. She was able to get the couch delivered in less than a week’s time even though she wanted a different configuration and color. Very happy and we definitely shop here again should she need more furniture.

Great prices, friendly staff, and I didnt feel pressured to buy. We had a great experience in their store. My husband is hard to please and he was super impressed with Bob's. Ask for Jesus, he was so kind and helpful.
