The experience at Bob's Furniture was amazing as expected. This is our second purchase of a piece of furniture for our apartment. Everything was great. From the moment we walked into the store and were immediately greeted as soon as we walked in. To the day of our delivery. The delivery guys were amazing as well. Every one from the sales person to management to the delivery guys have great customer service. Our recliner arrived even earlier than expected. In minutes it was all set up and area was cleaned up. I am currently enjoying my recliner as I type this review from my cellphone. It's amazing!! So comfortable, so spacious. To my surprise which I didn't even know it gives me a massage!! OMG!! I LOVE IT!! Thank you Bob's Furniture. I love you guys. We will most definitely be returning for any other furniture we made need in the future.

I really liked working with Ilgaz for purchase of my bedroom furniture. She was very thorough, patient and had great recommendations without being pushy. I loved the prices and the selections too as I had shopped around several other big name furniture stores. Highly recommend this store!

Exceptional service! That sums up my entire shopping experience at this store. The team is incredibly helpful and truly professional—especially sales associate Hugo and his manager. I stopped by just to measure the right foundation size for the bed frame I had ordered online… yet thanks to Hugo’s excellent assistance, I walked out with a beautiful 6-piece modular sectional in under 30 minutes!

They were so patient, listened to what we wanted, so helpful, answered all of our questions. Both days were the best experience I've ever had at a furniture store. Love my new modular sectional couch with pet console. This sectional has exceeded my expectations! It is so comfortable. The perfect combination of being soft fabric but also still firm and durable. The cats absolutely love their pet console section and are always laying on it or sitting on it and looking out the window which was my hope in buying this piece of furniture over many others that I looked at. I’m also super happy with the table console and there is tons of storage with the compartments underneath each section. Lastly the 3rd party delivery guys said out of all the companies they deliver for Bob’s is one of the best if you have any issues that need attention or fixing. That’s like a built in guarantee in itself. We’re very happy:)
