We had an excellent experience from beginning to end! Selection is great and we found everything we were looking for! Sales people were present but not pushy. Justin was our sales person and he was very professional and knowledgeable! I would definitely recommend Bob's if you haven't checked it out reasonable prices and financing options.
View on GoogleWent to Bobs not knowing much about it. Turns out they had great furniture for about half what we expected to pay. Had to wait about a week for delivery but the communication about delivery day and time were great, crew that delivered was nice. Chair went together easily and we are loving it. Our salesperson Sheldon was great!
View on GoogleRich Arnold was extremely helpful in helping me find the perfect couch to fit my needs. He made the entire process easy, quick, and stress-free. I would highly recommend speaking with him for any of your furniture needs. His knowledge, professionalism, and excellent customer service made for a great experience.
View on GoogleWe 1st bought a dining table from here 10 years ago and returned yesterday for a new table. It’s a clean store, fantastic prices and lots of staff so we were able to order what we wanted quickly. They also have a “cafe” with free coffee, cookies, candy and ice cream. Definitely recommend for economical furniture.
View on GoogleBobs has been wonderful. We decided to purchase from them after our in store experience was so great in comparison to other stores we tried out. When we received our couch the bracket was missing- so i contacted customer service to get a replacement. They unfortunately sent me the wrong one- HOWEVER when customer service heard they offered to give me a whole new couch! That’s how you make things right.
