I believe that our excellent experience was totally due to the attitude and personality of our service professional, Christian. From the moment he quietly met us at the door, not in an aggressive style, but a welcoming stance of availability but no crowding of our personal space to signing the final order, was perfect. Even his posture was open and his smile was refreshing in its sincerity. I dislike shopping so I immediately relaxed and realized that he was different. It made the entire experience for us focused on what we needed in furniture and getting the best for our money while factoring in both quality, comfort, and fun. Christian was true to his word and allowed us to roam, however he had the uncanny knack of being close by and reading our movements and knowing the exact moment to “check” in very unobtrusively. Our questions answered, and he was never far away but we had the opportunity to relax and enjoy the experience. We have nothing but praise for his style and ability to put the buyer at ease. We had planned on a few more stores but there was no need.

Our salesman was absolutely fantastic! My family, my two children and my wife were lightly arguing with me about a couch.lol I was looking at compared to a couch that they were looking at Nick was extremely courteous to ask me what we were looking for and I said I want a plush comfy couch and he said I have one over here that might meet your requirements for both of you guys. He then took us over to the couch. I was impressed because it was exactly what we were looking for. He then made it super easy to fill out all the forms and get the process rolling. We had paperwork filled out within 5 to 10 minutes approved. My family was happy. I was happy. The whole process was smooth as can be. I would recommend his service and salesmanship to anybody. He was calm professional and answered all the questions we have He was not pushy and he was extremely nice. It was a great environment to make a purchase well done Nick!

Went into buy a couch and had a few in mind from on line browsing. I was kindly met near the entrance by salesman Jacob B.. He showed the ones I was interested in and a few others in my price range. I picked the one I wanted and was in and out the door in less than a half hour. Only downside was the long wait for delivery, but that was due to holidays on two consecutive weeks. Great experience.

We were greated by Thaddeus G. Upon our arrival at your store. He was incredibly friendly and helpful. I have mobility issues and he politely offered the use of a wheelchair, if that would be easier and more comfortable for me. I appreciated his consideration. We told Thaddeus exactly what we were there to purchase and he took us right to them. The entire transaction went quickly and smoothly. His friendly, professional, and considerate personality made it a great experience! We couldn't have been more pleased!
