I’d highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a high-quality bed. I have a herniated disc, so support was non-negotiable for me, and the Brooklyn Sedona checked every box. James, our sales representative, was great. He was patient, genuinely knowledgeable about the products, and always willing to help. He really made the experience easy and stress-free. If you come in, ask for James.

The mattress are amazing and the customer service is incredible. Jake, Allen and the managers went above and beyond! There was an issue with the remote control for one of the bases, but Jake and his manager went ABOVE and BEYOND to make everything perfect. Jake is amazing and I highly recommend him and Brooklyn Bedding to anyone looking for quality bedding and customer service!

Took time to answer questions and explain differences in styles etc. When I finally made my mind up the purchase process was easy and well explained. I will review the actual mattress when I receive it. Looking forward to it arriving.
