Brooklyn Bedding

Love our new mattress! Al was a great salesperson and really took his time with us. No pressure at all. The two drivers Chris and Alonso did a great job setting it up and explaining again how everything worked. Very pleased!

I had a really good experience at this store. I don't write a lot of reviews, but the customer service I received from the salesperson, Al, was so great that I needed to express it publicly. He was knowledgeable, asked genuine questions, and his relaxed demeanor made the entire process less challenging.

Truly the best mattress you can buy. They also have the nicest people really trying to help you, rather than make a sale. They are changing the mattress industry for sure!

Friendly and helpful employees in the store but, unfortunately, we’re pretty unhappy with the mattress we purchased. We purchased the Sedona Luxe, the most expensive one in the store, and initially it felt great and we loved it. However, we noticed after about a year we both started to wake up with back pain every single day and noticed sagging where we sleep. The mattress no longer feels like it’s “supporting” us. Now coming up on 2 years after the purchase the sagging is still continuing to get worse, and I think we’re out of luck and need to chalk this up as a learning experience. Its a bummer when you buy the most expensive mattress in the store hoping that it would mean the mattress would last WAY longer than 1-2 years before sagging this bad.

Excellent location, staff, and product. While I ended up returning my mattress, I was thoroughly impressed with the entire shopping experience. Steve was excellent to work and was very communicative during the entire delivery / return process. Brooklyn Bedding makes quality mattresses with quality materials, I'm really bummed it didn't work out. (Note, I'm really picky about mattresses... my return was no fault of BB)
